You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:
All content on the Sites — including text, graphics, logos, and specifications — is owned by or licensed to the OpenPOWER Foundation. The Sites and their content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The OpenPOWER Foundation does not warrant that the Sites will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the OpenPOWER Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Sites or reliance on their content.
The Sites may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. The OpenPOWER Foundation does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
