Guidelines for using OpenPOWER Foundation trademarks and logos.

The OpenPOWER Foundation owns several trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively "Marks") that identify our organization, programs, and certified products. This policy explains how these Marks may and may not be used.
The following are trademarks of the OpenPOWER Foundation:
You may use the OpenPOWER Marks without prior written permission in the following limited circumstances:
You may use the OpenPOWER word marks to accurately refer to the OpenPOWER Foundation, its programs, or technologies — provided that:
Journalists, bloggers, and media organizations may use the Marks when reporting on the OpenPOWER Foundation or related technology, consistent with standard editorial practice.
Open source projects and community initiatives that are aligned with OpenPOWER Foundation goals may use the word marks in descriptive contexts (e.g., "optimized for OpenPOWER" or "runs on OpenPOWER hardware").
You may NOT use the OpenPOWER Marks to:
Use of the OpenPOWER Foundation logo requires written permission from the OpenPOWER Foundation. Certified members may use logos in accordance with their membership agreement and our Logo Policy.
The OpenPOWER compliance certification marks may only be used by products that have successfully completed the OpenPOWER compliance certification process. See the Compliance Program for details.
